Smile Finally made it to 2000mg and so far so good.......

I have been on 2000mg for the past couple of days and so far so good. I had one bout with an upset stomach this morning, but only once. My appetite has decreased A LOT since I was on 1500mg. Does anyone know how long before AF should arrive? This is my first cycle since my miscarriage so my hormones are still out of whack. I have an appointment with my RE tomorrow and I hope to start back on clomid or femera.

Jennifer

It really depends on how far your hormones are from normal and how tough they are to move, which is a really individual thing. It took me 10 weeks to get a period on 1500 mg and it was MONTHS after that when I started eating to control my sugars that my periods became regular.

Met may be a miracle, but it can be a slow-working one for some of us, so be patient. Treat yourself right with lifestyle and everything will happen as your body gets reset hormonally.

Hope things happen for you soon!
