I went to see my new doctor, and had a blood test. My hormones were really out of whack.

He has started me on Indolplex tablets and natural progesterone cream. He siad n about 2 weeks I should notice a difference with my energy levels and (hopefully) start losing weight.

He was really nice and very easy too talk too....and best he didn't blame everything on my weight.

Any one else been on this type of treatment?

Yeah he is a good doctor..I have convinced my niece to go and see him as well

I have finally started my low carb diet...I am on day two...and haven't cheated...lol I am feeling very positive but still a little confused by it all...but I am reading as much stuff as I can about it.

How does everyone else go low carbing?
