Cool Finally! A period!
The average woman wouldn't be happy to get her period but you know how it goes. I haven't had one since the first week of Jan this year. None of my doctors seem to think that's a problem even though we are ttc. Ugh. But finally after taking the vitex and cinnamon with "good carb" diet I got it today!

So excited.. little steps I know :-)

congrats!!!! i know how it goes for sure, i get excited when af comes! cuz thats another cycle we can ttc!! im waiting on mine now! i think i may get it anyday soon, lots of brown discharge....TMI!

Congrats on getting AF. I am also taking Vitex along with NPC waiting for AF to show herself. I haven't seen her since July and I just feel like something is missing. I don't really feel like a whole woman when I don't have my cycle.
