I just wanted to say....after years of hoping for a natural period, being on and off the pill I have FINALLY had success with Acupuncture!
I can't believe it and I am so happy! The last session I had was Thursday just gone and she assured me AF was on it's way....Saturday night it arrived!
She also thinks I'm ovulating but I'm not sure about that??

Im going to start acupuncture next month and im really looking forward to it

I got a period last week, just a few days after acupuncture. I am also using NPC so I don't know which one is to thank, but I feel strongly that acupuncture had something to do with it!

I had been doing Acupuncture for about 4 months before I got my period. About a month and a half ago I had a slight bleed (I wrote about it one the board)...it was only VERY light and I didn't consider it a period.
To be honest I have been so amazed by the results. I just never thought I'd get another natural period!I have also been taking herbs twice a week. She changes these every week depending on my temperature results. I basically didn't suffer from any PMS. When I was on the pill I would feel terrible when I got my period. I think the herbs have really helped with that.
