For me, therapy is beneficial...first of all I had to get a female doctor (just easier for me). When I go in..every 2 weeks..it helps to see a stranger..they have an unbiased opinion because they don't "know" the people in your life. Once you go for a while, it becomes easier, because they become a "friend'. They get to know who you are and how you live. I think you will enjoy it. It feels good to Rant in person! Plus, they have great resources! Let us know how it goes! Good luck!
