Default First visit to gyno..advice please!

I have been diagnosed by my GP through some blood tests and ultrasounds, and she refered me to a gyno for treatment. My appointment is coming up on wednesday and I am a bit nervous!

My GP seems pretty certain that i will be put on BC, I also had a blood-glucose test with the results being sent to the gyno so I don't know the results yet, I might be need to be put on something depending on those results.

I am not keen on being on BC long term, and I want to let my gyno know that. I am more interested in using alternative therapies and diet and exercise, but maybe i will need BC to kickstart everything? I don't know..

I guess my question is whether there are any questions I should be asking, or if anyone has any stories about their gyno visits. Thanks!
