I have been reading several articles about the benefits of fish oil for women with PCOS and/or endocrine disorders. I like what I have been reading as well as the idea of being able to guarantee that I am getting my omega-3's in every day. I also just read an exciting article that fish oil capsules daily can improve asthma symptoms.
So I'm ready to start, but.... I keep reading conflicting information on the proper dosage to gain benefits. Any ladies taking fish oil? Have you seen any improvements due to the fish oil capsules? What dosage are you taking?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My PCOS thanks you, my asthma thanks you, my heart thanks you, and I thank you. (a little George M. Cohan humor.)
