Default Fish Oil and Flaxseed

I was just looking at some of the studies they are doing on PCOS and saw that they are looking at the effects of fish oil and flaxseed. Has anyone tried these in the quest for pcos healthiness?

I am taking Omega 3-6-9 (1.2 g 3 times a day) that has fish, flaxseed and borage oil in it. I have been taking it for less than a month so I can't really say if it is helping or not. Sorry. I can say I haven't had any bad effects from it. I got enteric coated capsules so their is no fish reflux! That is a good thing.

I just ordered some fishoil from Country Life for mood... it has a high EPA content which is good for mood. I have moderate depression and it's said to help with that, so hey! why not. I know there's people who have been on it for a while that have more feedback.

I take fish oil daily. I don't know if it has helped the PCOS specifically, but it is wonderful for lots of things. I did find a website (www.ovarian-cysts-pcos.com/supplements.html) that touts it as being theraputive for fertility/sex hormone balance, insulin/glucose control, hair, acne, and weigt/appetite control.
