 Fish Oil! Nutra Sea.
Hey everyone. I am newly diagnosed with poly cystic ovarian syndrome as of December 2006. I wanted to let you all know I was really struggling with acne..constant breakouts. I was feeling so helpless and unattractive. I started taking a fishoil supplement called Nutra Sea..by a company called Ascenta. Its high grade fish oil and 4 caspules daily. But just good for overall all general health. IT COMEPLELEY CLEARED UP MY ACNE. Now I almost never break out. And I have beautiful healthy smooth skin. I reccomend anyone to try any brand of high quality grade fish oil as a treatment for acne. And considering all the other health benefits of taking a daily fish oil supplement-I will never stop taking this.
