Default Flawseed oil...any info??!

Hey,

Today I went out and bought myself flaxseed oil tabs. They are 1000 mg tabs and it says to take 3 a day. Now I was told that these help hair loss but as of yet (although my hair is quite thin and slow to grow) I haven't really been losing hair. Will it be a benefit taking the flaxseed oil? 1000 mg/day seems enough to me - what does anyone think? Also, will it be inclined to make my complexion greasy? It could do without that! Thanks!

I used to add flax oil to my diet daily (on salads). It didn't make my skin any oilier.

Flaxseed oil supposedly has a slight estrogenic effect. Shouldnt make you greasier. Might help...The omega's are also good for IR.

I use flax seed oil in my smoothies for the omegas.

Default Flaxseed Oil

I also have been taking a flaxseed oil supplement every day for a few months now. It contains omega-3 and -6 oils which your body needs.
