I've heard many Cysters say that they use flax seed oil and I wonder how well it's working out for ya'll. I've seen it on the net as an herbal remedy but I've also been told you shouldn't take it if you're pregnant. Any clues as to why?

Flax is ok during pregnancy because the need for omega-3 fatty oils is increased during pregnancy and EPO should not be used because it may cause premature labor by thinnning out the uterus but can be used a week or two before labor.
