Default Fluid Retention.

Hi Everyone,

(I also posted this in Alternative Remedies - hope this is ok).

I am currenlty taking folic acid, kelp and chromium and I seem to be retaining a lot of fluid.

I am drinking a lot of water (almost 2 L a day) and only one coffee.

I am not on any other meds.

I can't even take my rings off - this has never really happened to me. I do get bad fluid retention around PMS / AF...as my mum likes to tell me I am not only 'fluffy' but very puffy! However, this is worse than normal!

I am currently getting 'diet food' delivered (1200 calories a day). Could the preservatives be causing this? I have had this food before and can't remember fluid retention.

I am also excercising more...

Thanks a lot,
Brooke
