Unhappy Fluttering in chest - mainly after eating

Have any of you ever had a fluttering in your chest? Mine has been happening the last few days - mostly after I eat. I dont know how else to describe besides a "fluttering" sensation - almost like a spasm in my chest. It is on the left side about three inches below my throat and one inch to the left. And sometimes it feels almost spasm-y in my throat as well. My hubby and sister (who is a nurse) tell me that it is my anxiety and hypochondria. Back in February, I had a panic attack - my pulse was at 140 and I went to the ER. THey ran blood tests, an EKG, an xray, a blood clot test and everything came back fine. But still, all I can focus on is the fact that I might have a heart problem.

So does anyone have any thoughts? Same symptoms? Help?

I had this last year before I started treatment for my thyroid. However, it's returned and it does happen often after I've eaten.

I get a fluttery feeling that lasts a few seconds and just comes on randomly maybe a couple times a week. But it isn't after eating. It's just random. and it's in a different location. It's more in my sternum between my breasts. I have no idea if it's my heart or not.

I do have sinus tachycardia though, which is basically that my heart beats too fast. I'm on a beta blocker for that and my heart rate is normal now. I don't know if the fluttering is my heart or not.

I don't have GERD but I do have a history of peptic ulcer disease and have recently under gone some tests for that for which I am going to the doctor about tommorrow.
