Me and DB have been trying since jan. 2007 and I just found out july 2008 that I have PCOS. Since 07 I have done 7 cycles of Clomid, none worked, 1 cycle of femara, that did not work. I am taking 1500mg a day of metformin and May6, 09 was CD 1 of my cycle and my Endo put me on follistim CD3 and I just stopped having to inject it on CD 10, they found a 15mm follicule on my left ovary and my DH just gave me the HCG trigger shot, so for Sun,mon, and tues we are suppose to DD and then I go back in on weds, for blood work and ultrasound. I really hope this works, but being my first cycle I am not trying to have to much hope into it, has anyone's cycle looked like this? and did it work for you, also I was told to take 1cc of the HCG trigger shot.

I'll be interested to see the responses you get to this because I have some of the same questions. I will begin my first cycle of injectables if I don't get a BFP this month.

Good luck, it sounds like a promising cycle. Maybe woman have success with injectables, even after Clomid not working for them, or Femara even.

question where did you buy ur follistim from bcuz everywhere i look its expensive, bcuz insurance doesnt cover it
