GIRLS! TUT!
There is nothing worse to have appear on your food diary than that which appears to appear most:
NOTHING.
Your metabolism doesn't stand a chance if you don't stoke it. It's like a car. It's not going to work if you don't put fuel in regularly. DUH!
It is better to eat rubbish than eat nothing. At least it keeps your metabolism going.
If you skip meals, your metabolism panics, unsure about when the next top-up will come and you will go into "famine mode" which will increase the rate at which your body stores fat, in order to protect itself against missed meals.
I've lost 5 and a half dress sizes by simply EATING BREAKFAST. that's it. i don't diet, i don't "watch what i eat". i just eat whatever i want, whenever i want. but i ALWAYS eat three meals a day.
Silly, silly, silly uk cysters. Tsk and tut to you all. EAT REGULARLY.
:
</end rant>

Metformin destroyed my digestive system
Now on Avandamet, which is a wonder drug. Can't recommend it highly enough. Ask your doctor for it if you're worried about Metformin side effects.
I also have ME, hence the "tired" user name.
Contemplating hysterectomy but have to lose weight first.
