Amazing! Thankyou so much... Especially about the Milk and Dairy products. I am going to put it to the test as well... I hope it really works!

I have always had trouble staying on diets, but the one I have been doing for the past month is pretty easy and I've been losing between 3-5lbs a week. For breakfast I make a whey protein shake with milk and eat either a banana or peach and have one mug of coffee. Lunch is an apple with string cheese and about two cups of bagged salad with olive oil and vinegar. Then Dinner is baked, grilled or BBQ'd Pork or Chicken (I dont like seafood) and about 1 cup of steamed veggies (I ususally get the frozen bags of veggies) with either a piece of wheat bread or 1/2 cup of brown rice. I have not been hungry between meals and I feel like I have soooo much more energy! Oh and also, besides the coffee and protein shake in the morning, all I drink for the rest of the day is water.

Here are some other foods that some people in altnernative remedies have found beneficial.

Beetroot and molasses.

Beetroot is a well known blood cleanser and apparently used for "women's" problems in the Dominican Republic - such as dissolving cysts and fibroids. Molasses is added - this may be because it contains magnesium, potassium and iron??

Anyway if you're interested the thread is here:
home remedy that rids body of cysts
