I have some chocolate whey powder. I hadn't thought to mix in berries. I'll have to give it a try!

I've had a lot more sucess by focusing on what I can eat and what is GOOD for me to put in my body than by dwelling on the things I shouldn't have. After whey protein powder, salmon, veggies, nuts, fruits - there's a lot less room for processed junk, but if those cravings do hit, at least you know you've already had a good bit of nutrition for the day!
Also, I have to second the post about the Sugar Free Red Bull. I used to think that they were bad for me, even the sugar free ones, and maybe they are in terms of sodium, but I've definitly noticed a reduction in my hunger when I have one in the afternoon! Oh, and they are much less expensive in bulk at Sams or BJ's.

This is great news for me...considering I am a college student and absolutely LOVE red bull...even the sugar free kind. I do, however, wish it was as cheap as black coffee...
