I keep forgetting to take my met with meals, i will remember a little later on or think about it before i went to bed and realise i missed taking a pill at one meal or the whole day.
Ive never been good at taking pills, i remember my BCP because i take them right before bed. I keep them in my dresser and there is always a bottle of water there.
but im having such difficulties with remember to take Met.
Anyone have difficulties remembering to take their meds?
I have a lot of trouble remembering mine...and I take about 15 a day! Since it's with a meal, maybe put the bottle or something in the kitchen, somewhere noticeable. For a while I kept my pill box on my computer desk since I am here all the time! that way it was a constant reminder. Other than that I got nothing hehe. GL!

I always forget to take my met with meals- I finally just started taking one in the morning (when I'm eating anyway)... and the others at night with my very very last meal- or at least with a glass of milk.

i forget to take mine whenever i'm busy. i try to keep my pills in my purse but i'm realizing that it's just so tedious to take it 3x/day- not to mention that i hardly have room for my other rx/vitamin supplements. i'm going to ask about the ER version

Since i been on met i got aspill organizer and carry it everywhere with me and remember whne i eats i needs to take my met as well
