My Mood: Points: 19,859.80 Bank: 1,478,290.69 Total Points: 1,498,150.49 | Forgetting to take Met Yeah yeah, I know.. i'm terrible at taking my medication. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this.
If I forget to take my met a few days a month or go down to one pill for a couple of days my period goes awol.
I went to london a few weeks back, well after the date I should have ovulated (had the signs and the pains after all) and being a ditz I forgot to take my met with me. I remembered on the sodding train half way down!
Anyway, as a result I had 4 days without any metformin but figured it wouldn't be too much a big deal as i'd already ovulatated. Well, af was due last week.
Has anyone else experienced this? Seems I have to take two pills every day like clockwork or my af just doesn't show. Even if I forget a couple of pills over a month, it's wierd. Is it to do with the concentration of the drug in my blood stream?
Anyone also got any suggestions for how to remember to take the sodding things?

That was a lot of help, huh?
