Forgot What Ovulation Feels Like!

Hello all!
I've been taking Met for almost 3 weeks now. Last week I had a ton of EWCM, a dull ache in my right ovary area that lasted maybe a day on and off, and today I was sitting on my sister's couch and all of a sudden I had this strange, twingy kind of pain in my vagina. It kind of shocked me and I didnt know how to sit or what to do! It lasted maybe 10 seconds. My sister thinks I am ovulating, because she says she has them like that and I remember when I was younger and ovulated on my own, I always had a pain in my vagina around ovulation time. I hesitate to call it "pain" its more like a weird shooting sensation. But I havent ovulated on my own since coming off of BC, 2 years ago. Could Met be working already?? And does that sound like ovulation at all? Its horrible I cant remember what it feels like

Hi! I O'd the 1st month on Metformin. It seems to work faster for some that are thin cysters or non-IR - like myself. I actually conceived my DD the 1st month on Met, even at a low dose. I had started at 500mg and was working my way up to 2000mg over 4 weeks. I believe I was on my 2nd week on 1000mg when I O'd. By the time I got my BFP I was at 2000mg. I was like you, I just knew I had to have O'd. To go from not ever O'ing to suddenly O'ing it seemed obvious, but still hard to believe. I was just excited to have O'd, let alone be PG! My #1 sign was all the EWCM. I had never seen so much ever before! Good luck, are you temping/charting? That helped me so much to be able to see what was going on. Especially I could watch the temps go up and stay up when I was pg.
