Thumbs down Fort Lauderdale

I tried to get an appointment with Dr. Calvo at Holy Cross - she is out on maternity leave, god bless her. I was given an appointment 3 weeks away with Dr. Lichtinger. The person taking the appointment was rude.

I am 6 weeks pregnant, for the very first time. My symptoms stopped abruptly, and I am experiencing a constant, throbbing pain. A new HPT came out negative -- I was terrified of dropping progesterone levels. I called the service, and Dr. Adeboyejo told me to wait 48 hours and take another HPT.

I called in the morning to see if I could be seen any earlier, explained my situation and the pain, and was given an appointment two weeks from today, because I am a new patient and have not yet been seen by the office!

Dr. Calvo came highly recommended, but I just wanted to share my frustrating experience with trying to be seen. I called someone else, and they told me to come in tomorrow.
