HOW DOES A POST BECOME A FORUM, DOES IT HAVE TO DO WITH HOW MANY POSTS IT ACCUMULATES?
Forums are the different niches on the board, for example, Do You Have This Problem / Sex, Sex, Sex / Husbands and Boyfriends / etc.
A post is the message you create and put on one of the forums. An original post becomes a thread as it grows by more cysters responding to it with their own individual posts.

Yes, posts can be moved by moderators.
What might be easier is to just copy your post content, delete the post, and then repost it in the appropriate forum.
To delete your post, click on "Thread Tools" above your post and click on Delete.
