Mathisk:
When im feeling lush.. seriously like $60.00 a bottle lush, which isnt very often.. I treat myself to Chanel's Teint Naturel. Its Semi-matte, medium to full coverage. It glides on like a dream, but theres no way I could or would wear it everyday, I wander around feeling like I smeared gold on my face its so expensive.
There is this other Chanel one I want to try next, as soon as I finish off the current bottle I have. Its called Double Perfection Fluide. Heres what the website said about it, sounds fab to me
"A natural for the ultimate natural-looking matte makeup with shine control. SPF 15.
Light to medium coverage, day-long control of oil and shine, and a super-comfortable feel. Ingenious light-reflecting pigments disguise imperfections.
Spherical powders reflect light to give the appearance of a beautifully smooth, even complexion. Traces of fatigue appear to vanish. Skin is protected with SPF 15. Oil free. Fragrance free. Dermatologist tested. Comedogenicity tested.
Use fingertips to dab onto face, then blend gently with small circular movements, smoothing from center outwards. Don't forget your eyelids -- foundation makes an ideal base for eye makeup."
My face usually gets pretty shiney throughout the day, so Im always looking for something to help with that. But I have to say, when I want or need my skin to look its best I go for the good stuff.. it really does make a difference.
For my daily foundation (when I do wear makeup) I like the Cover Girl's foundation thats like a powder or rather a cake makeup thing, I forget the name of it right now. Its got a good coverage and is pretty fast to use. I never use a powder on my face anymore, I finally realized that when I put powder on over my foundation, it accentuated all of the little, and not so little, hairs on my face, made them look worse!
Have fun!! Dont forget when you buy the spensive stuff to get alllll of the little freebies that they have too!
