I think they used to (or still do) charge for this book, but I found it free online, while running a google search on "pcos and phytonutrients".

It's VERY long - nearly 500 pages. You might want to click on the link. Save it to your hard drive, and then print it out later.

I haven't read it....just scanned it. The information looked good. Nothing earth shattering (but then again, I didn't read it that closely).

Actually, I think the company pulled it, so it's not free anymore. I think it's around $16.
