Im very curious, I recently had extensive blood work done that cost me so much that when I got the bill I nearly choked. I asked my endo what was the outcome and he stated my numbers were in the "normal" range. He stated my blood sugar was 98. With that said no more was discussed. Not entirely satisfied I called him back and asked why was not a "Free testosterone" test ran rather than the standard. He said it was not as accurate. I still believe that my numbers may be what he calls normal but my hair loss says otherwise. Research online says that hair loss and insulin resistance goes hand in hand with free testosterone levels being too high. But I can not find any thing online that suports natural means of combating this with supplements. I am a firm believer in a more natural approach along side of my Metformin. (1500mg) does anyone know of what I might try or where to look for my anwsers.
