From what I've read, the scale that most doctors and labs use right now for testosterone in women is way too high. I wish I had proper references to that info for you, but sadly I don't remember where I read it. They spoke of how doctors "in the know" are trying to get labs to change these values, but labs are notoriously difficult on these sorts of matters. If I find that material, I'll certainly pass it on.
But hey, take comfort that even on the conservative scale you are only a tiny bit high. The last time my free testosterone was checked years ago it was high for a man  Imagine that!
