Do they tell the body tht you have had sugar and spike your glucose levels?
I'm searching for just about any reason I am not losing weight....thought I would ask.
thanks everyone.
robyne | They don't do that to me. I lost quite a bit when I switched from sugar to sugar substitutes (230 down to 167, back up to 182 now).

My Mood: Points: 1,340.19 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 1,340.19 | corina, I have purchased the Insulite system and have it right now. I will tell you what it is. First of all, for a 1 month's supply it costs around $120. I got 4 containers of pill. The one is just fish oil, one is milk thistle and apple pectin, the other 2 are basically a multivitamin with some other added stuff like lipoic acid, amylase, lipase, coenzym Q10, grape seed extract. I think that it is a waste of $120 only because you could go to a health food store and buy the same things probably cheaper. It is about 18 pills a day and extremely hard to take them all. It seems like I'm taking pills all day long. I haven't been taking them exactly how prescribed. I cut the dosages in half. They also recommend that you take them for 6 months to get the full effect. That just seems like a lot of money for me, then when you stop taking them, then what? If I were you I would just purchase these things at a local store. I hope that helps.
