Need some prayer requests and thoughts sent through for my friend who was just a few weeks ahead of me. Her due date was the 25th and has been ready to go for a few weeks. She let me know about 7am this morning she was in the hospital dialated. About 10 min ago, I got another text that she had to have an emg. c-section, the cord was wraped around. She said the dr's tell her they're fine, but the docs won't let her see him, see's seen a pic. and he's got an IV. I don't have anymore info than that. I'm just so worried for them! She's a wreck right now, asking for no calls or visits. And of coarse I'm at work, being an emotional mess right now as well. She's been a best friend since we were pre-teen. I called my mom and she's calling in an emergancy prayer request at church as I didn't think I could make the call myself. Heck, I probably just about gave my mom a heart attack by calling her sobbing. Please keep her and her little boy in your thoughts.
And if there's any left over (I feel selfish for asking this), please keep me in mind as well. Being 9mths pg and having my best friend go through this is stressing me out. Thank you!

Can't wait to start WW again and loose the other 15lbs I gained with the last pregnancy and the 30lbs I still needed to lose with the first one.

Thank you Jash and everyone else for their prayers. She called me Tuesday morning to give a small update, but I wanted to wait until I actually talked to and saw her in person. We went Tuesday evening to the hospital and was very busy yesterday. But, the prayers worked . I wasn't able to see her little boy (they named him Cody Ray, 8lbs - 20in) b/c he was still hooked up to IV's. But they were able to take him off the oxygen. Seams as though he did have a small amount of fluid on his lungs, but they were able to get that resolved. He would be coming off the IV's as soon as he started eating regularly, which they believed would be quite soon. She also said that they don't seam to think there will be any long-standing effects! They both should be able to come home today. I haven't talked to her since Tuesday night, so that's the last I know. I'm sure she needs her rest, and I don't want to be yet another person calling all the time.
