Question Fructose???

I've recently changed from normal 'calorie lowered' sugar to fructose as I read it's better if you're trying to follow GI diets cos of the way it converts to energy slowly. I hope it will help keep my sugar level, well, level.
Has anyone else used it on porridge? Found it's helped?

No, I've never tried fructose but I've tried brown rice syrup - it acts like honey but not as sweet
