I've recently changed from normal 'calorie lowered' sugar to fructose as I read it's better if you're trying to follow GI diets cos of the way it converts to energy slowly. I hope it will help keep my sugar level, well, level.
Has anyone else used it on porridge? Found it's helped?

i've been doing the fructose thing for a while on porridge, but sometimes ive been norty and put normal (albeit calorie reduced) sugar for the final layer cos i miss the crunch in my porridge - i'm a big texture eater
