Here is a simple recipe for yummy desert.
Ingredients:
1 tube of premade sugar cookie dough
1 cup of lemon yogurt
2 or 3 cups of light whipped cream
1 small can of mandarin oranges
3 kiwi fruit
1 cup of blueberries
2-3 cups of sliced strawberries
Use a pizza pan (spray it with non stick) and roll out the cookie dough onto the pan. It works best if the cookie dough is at room temperature and if you get your hands wet. Then cook the large cookie as directed.
In bowl, mix the lemon yogurt with the whipped cream. Once the cookie is cooled, you will put the yogurt/whipped cream mixture on top and then layer with the fruit. I usually put the strawberries first, then kiwi, mandarin oranges, and finally the blueberries.

that sounds a lot better than another version i've heard of with cream cheese (i'm not a fan of cream cheese!)

Best Ever Meatloaf
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
2 pounds ground beef
1 pouch dry onion soup and recipe mix
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup water
1. Mix 1/2 cup tomato soup, beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs & egg thoroughly. In baking pan shape firmly into 8 by 4 inch loaf.
2. Bake @ 350 for an hour and 15 min. or until no longer pink.
3. In a small saucepan mix 2 tablespoons drippings, remaining tomato soup and water. Heat through. Serve with meatloaf.
I did it in orange and green for you Heidi!
