I just looked it up..there aren't any that are "close" to where we live...they are all over an hour's drive....

Ladies I also have a great "cooking for 2" book, I'll post some items out of there. It's all recipes sent in by real people and many of them are on the diabetic list which would be good for us PCOS'ers.

Mel, I've looked for a Cooking for 2 cookbook, but can't ever find it. I hate that all the recipes I can find are for like 6-8 ppl and we just don't eat leftovers for days on end. I get so sick of them!
Bianca, I'd love a chicken and dumplings recipe. My aunt makes the best but I really don't talk to her anymore due to issues she has, so I don't want to ask her for it. Unfortunately, she's the best cook in our family.  We used to go to her place for all holidays and birthdays until my mom and I had a falling out with her. Now we do our own thing, which is much less stressful, but the food isn't as good. lol Okay, didn't mean to make that into a long story. Sorry.  I really just wanted to say I'd love your recipe!

Tracey: I'll get you the name of the book. My grandmother shipped to me from FL so I'm sure you can get it some place like walmart. She doesn't shop in extravagant places so I bet you could find it in your town. You'll love it!
