Default Fruit Water

Okay I have to tell y'all about this... Glaceau Fruit Water.

I've been having a hard time drinking water. Bascially because it's so bleh! I'm also totally addicted to caffene, too. So you can imagine I've been chugging diet soda like it's been going out of business. I finally got sick of it.
I figured if there was some way I could get into the habit of drinking water even flavored water I would be much better off. So... I figured okay lemonade, that got kind of boring quick. Yeah I like tea too but not all of the time.
A friend suggested the Aquafina fruit flavored water... gah... funny aftertaste.

Then one day while I was camping this summer one of the other gals was passing around Glaceau's Vitamin Water. I was like yeah that's pretty good, and when I got home I went on a search for it. Well I didn't find Vitamin Water but I did find Fruit Water.

It's light and refreshing. It's not as heavy or syrupy like lemonades or sodas. It doesn't have an after taste like things with artifical sweetners.

Fruit Water is falvored with frutose so it does have 20 calories and 5 carbs. But it is soooo worth it. I haven't had a soda in a week and I'm not craving one. And I'm drinking more regular water too!

And there are lots of flavors.... Lemon, Grape, Raspberry, Peach and Lime.

This so sounds like an advertisement but I just wanted to share!

D.

I have had vitaminwater and smartwater. I really really like smartwater cause it doesn't have any weird metallic taste to it that some bottled water has.

Have you tried Fruit2o? I really like that too and it has 0 calories and 0 carbs. They come in eight different flavors and they even have flavors like "berry relaxing" and "citrus energy boost" for when you feel like you need a bit more than just water.

Check out the Fruit2o site: http://www.kraftfoods.com/fruit2o/

I used to dislike plain water too, but lately I gave up coffee to concentrate on getting more water and am hooked on Dasani water. All other water tastes horrible compared to it. I am hooked. They add a little magnesium and potassium (not enough to add up to any nutritional value) and it rounds out the flavor to me.

These sound good. Berry relaxing sounds like trying too... I have to say, since I was a kid I have always loved super ice cold water. It's my drink of choice. I get so erked if they bring it out with like 4 cubes of ice floating in the top or with water warm enough to melt it...hee...hee...

I love Dasani water too! When given the choice, this is what I will usually choose. Thank goodness our teacher faculty room has a soda machine that sells Dasani water. Can't make it though the day without it.

the great thing about smart water is that it has electrolytes so it really helps you stay hydrated!

i used to likethe flavored smart waters. they came in all the flavors of the fruit water but no sugar, just essence of the flavors. YUM! i can't hang with the fruit water because it seems too sweet for me. i am a water drinker. my friends love it though.

everyone shoulod try the smart water products, i agree!

I love water Just plain water
I started drinking it when I was young and clumsy enough to spill everything on myself.
Now it is a habit I very rarely drink anything else. My friends and family make fun of me but my doctor and hairdresser both say it is a very good choice
Plus it is always useful for dabbing at that sauce I spilled on my shirt LOL
It sounds like your well on your way to adding a good habit to your life.

People think I'm wierd when I say that Desani tastes better...they say water is water, but its not! Desani has a much "fresher" taste!!

I've never seen that brand of flavored water but I really like Propel and Gatorade Option. I think the grape Propel and black cherry Option are really good. I like the new lemon Dasani too.

I really liked fruit2o. My favorite water is a brand called Fiji. The brand I dislike the most is Arrowhead.

I got a lemon Propel when I was out the other day, and it was just tooooo sweet for me. Loved the bottle, though, so I fill it with filtered tap water, a splash of lemon juice, a splash of lime juice, and a few drops of stevia extract. Not too sweet, not too sour, and a little easier-drinking than plain water.

So this stuff has no artificial sweeteners in it at all? No Splenda? It seems everyone is going to that these days, and I don't drink the stuff.

Though I don't mind ice cold water. I always keep a cup of water chilling in the freezer.
