Libby- honey this sounds EXACTLY to me like you could be passing a kidney stone, have you ever been checked out for that? It can be weeks of pain. I've passes many in my time and the glass feeling is EXACTLY how they feel when they are being passed, and if you have a large stone it feels JUST like ovary problems. GOOD LUCK to you!!
