My Mood: Points: 399.04 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 399.04 | Frustrated with pain Since I was twelve when I started my period they have never been regular I didn't think anything about it. My mom took me to our family doctor and he had said that it was probably normal and not to worry to much about it until I got older. However they never got regular as I got older they became further and further apart. The cycles would last between six and ten months long. Once the period finally came it was very intense and painful that I couldn't bare the pain. The doctors even tried puttting me on provera to start the period however that made me so sick that i had to take a nausa medication to try to controll the symptoms. Now the new doctor that i am seeing has gotten my cycle almost regulated which is a help however the dysmennorrhea is so bad that I have to force my self to go to work. However now I am having such painful pelvic pain that has lasted for about six months now and my OB/Gyn thinks that its bowel related however I believe that it is something totally different. I am frustrated that this pain is sharp stabbing pain and I have no idea where to turn or what to do. The doctors have done urine test, ultasounds, and ct scans and everything comes back normal. It is so frustrating that I have no idea where to turn and figure out what to do exspecially since it is so intense That all I want to do is curl up in a ball and cry. Please help or offer some advice to what to do. |
