I know Spiro has a long name, and I've tried to google it, but still can't find it. I really want to know more about the drug; can someone let me know the full name of it? Also, if you have any other info about it you'd like to share, I'd be most grateful.

Yeah, spiro can cause birth defects. Plus it makes AF wild, wild for most people. You might try the herb-thing DCI (d-chiro-inositol) www.chiralbalance.com. I took it while ttc and had success, plus the cycles before our bfp I had begun to lose weight & stop shedding hair finally.

Or a lot of cysters do well on metformin aka "Glucophage."
