Fundraiser ?'s

Alot of sites I have visited ask if we have done any fundrasing for an adoption. Why do they ask? Is it better if we do? Anyone know what is up with this?

Lots of people do it. We are sorta doing it in the form of whatever we sell goes in the "baby fund". My dad comes and watches the kids on Tuesdays and that money that would have went to the sitter goes in the "baby fund". We are going to have a yard sale in the spring.

I am not going all out and crazy with it like I probly should becuz we do have a bit saved up and well my college education that never was is going towards this baby too so. We are fortunate to have that money.

Its not necessary that you do it. Its a personal choice and some adoptions dont cost any money so. I am not sure why people are asking you so much I think everyone tries to get ideas. New face ? New ideas ? LOL

What a cool idea. Hope you dont mind me using your idea. Im hoping to have a big garage sale this summer too. A friend wants to do a bake sale but I dont know if we will or not. Someone suggested to us a spagetti feed but I have no idea how one goes about planning for one of those. We shall see.
