I've been taking both garcinia cambogia and chrominum GTF for about 2 weeks. I've lost about 6 pounds in that time. I have also started drinking loads of water, which I never did before, and I think that's helping as well.
I would highly recommend a book by Collette Harris and Theresa Cheung called "The PCOS Diet Book". I don't know if it's out in the US yet, but it has a whole section on herbal supplements. I'm taking all the ones for weight loss!

Other supplements I'm taking : vitamin B complex, l-carnitine, lecithin, sea kelp (iodine), co-enzyme Q10, and conjugated linoleic acid.
