I have read some ancedotal reputes that it does. It would make sense that it would help with insulin levels, etc. As garlic is an antioxidant.
I know it helps tremendously with blood pressure, swelling, and cholesterol. So it would again make sense that it would help with blood sugar and insulin levels.
Is your doctor planning on upping your dosage of met?
