i am 21, i have had pcos since i was 12.
i was just wondering if any of you girls had a suggestion for body hair?
i am on the typical medicines, like metformin, and spironolactone. i was reading about a cream called vaniqa.....i was wondering if it has worked? and what not. also does anyone wax? does that seem to help at all. anything would beat shaving everyday!!

also, my doctor suggested i try rogaine, but i was wondering if it worked for anyone?? i would hate to buy it and then be disspointed.

also i am overweight, and looking into gastric bypass. has anyone been successful with that. someone told me before that it might not work with pcos.

any info would help me greatly.

For the hair question, check in the hair forum...there are lots of stickies at the top of the board that will help you.

For gastric bypass, check the weight loss forum. Some great threads on the topic have recently been posted. Also keep an eye out for the WLS Divas - they can answer a lot of questions for you.
