Genital Electrolysis? Okay I am sure this is way way way TMI but...When my boyfriend and I have sex sometimes (almost always) his penis gets raw spots on the sides. Kind of like carpet burn. We have tried everything we can think of to combat this problem. I've talked to two different doctors who can find nothing wrong with me, we have tried countless lubricants and nothing works or at least works very well. He thinks it is the hair on my labia....and even though I have never had this problem with any other partner I am starting to think that he is right. Maybe he and I just fit together oddly...who knows? Shaving the area only makes things worst because then it gets prickly...the hair has to be at the exact right length for him not to get sore. After two years I was beginning to think there was no solution to this problem. Then the other day I saw a TV show on men who undergo sex change operations. It said that because the new vagina was constructed from existing genital skin including the scrotum, the entire area has to be permanently hair free before surgery. The pre-op transsexuals go to electrolysis to remove the hair from their genitals. So that got me wondering if a woman could do the same thing...albeit for different reasons LOL. Has anyone heard of a woman having electrolysis on her labia or maybe even laser? It sounds excruciating but at this point I am willing to do just about anything to salvage our sex life.
Thanks!
