Get Your Fast-food Fix!

Hey Cysters! I just had the yummiest Chicken Salad and wanted to share it with you! I've found that if I can't take it anymore and I just HAVE to have fast-food, I can indulge as long as I make the right choices!

Chicken Salad

1/3 head of iceburg lettuce (10 calories)
1/2 cup baby spinach (15 cal)
6 Grape Tomatoes halved (30 cal)
1/2 cup Grn & Red Pepper chopped (20 cal)
1/2 carrot thinly sliced (20 cal)
1/3 cucumber thinly sliced (5 cal)
1 grn onion chopped (5 cal)
5 lg zesty crutons crumbled over salad (30 cal)
Wendy's 5pc ckn nugget (chopped into pc's) (200 cal)
2 tbs Lite 3 cheese Ranch Dressing (80 cal)

Total Calories: 415

Sounds yummy! I personally would substitute the chicken nuggets for grilled chicken, but that's just me.
