So I got my first IPL hair removal treatment almost 2 weeks ago, and I noticed a lot of the hair wasn't falling out, even if I "rubbed" my skin. But if I VERY gently pulled on some of the hairs, they would VERY easily come out, and I could tell they were fried because the roots were dried up and the shape of the hair. So, I figured that rather than sitting there and tugging on every strand of hair that is ready to come out, why not get a bunch out at once?
Maybe I am not the first to figure this out (however I must say, I felt slightly genious

) but I cut pieces of Duct Tape, and just smoothed it onto my skin, and all of the hairs that were ready to come out stuck to the tape and came out! I was SO happy! It does not hurt at all, don't press the tape onto your skin, just gently rub it onto it so it will be easy to pull off. It doesn't take any of the hairs that aren't ready to take out. The best place it worked was my armpits. None of the hair had been coming out, so when I did this, tons of hairs would stick to the tape. It really works so well! And don't worry, you won't "pluck" out any of the hairs that aren't ready to come out.
If anyone tries it, let me know what you think! I tried it everywhere even my face and around my nipples. You hear duct tape and you think it will be like waxing, but it's not at all, try any kind of tape! As long as those dead hairs can adhere to something!
Let me know what you think!
