Exclamation Getting the help you need - FREE

I've recently been through a huge upset that has me in a state of depression. While I'm climbing out of it somewhat on my own, I discovered a resource for help that I wanted to share. . .

Employee Assistance Programs - a lot of employers have them, but they are under-utilized. They are totally confidential - your employer will only know you're going if they referred you and then they are only told whether or not you went - and it's totally FREE!! These aren't counseling trainees, they're fully credentialed counselors.

Through my employer, I get 6 sessions without having to pay a penny. If that isn't enough, then they can make a referral to someone whom I would have to pay. But they'll handle the insurance preapproval process for you.

If you really feel you need help, but can't afford it, look into this. You deserve it.
