Great that we have this board, kudos to Kat for making it a reality.
My name is Eric, my DW is Aimee (CTCyster). We live in Connecticut.
So... who else have we got on here? Ladies, round up your men, and bring em in here.... I'll bet this will be an awesome forum for the boys.

Ok
My name is Rhoadie. Been here since February. Been trying to research PCOS to get a better understanding. Was clueless until I stumbled across this site. My co-workers encouraged me to become a member. Have been quite surprised at the reaction of being here. More support that I initially thought. This site has been awesome for me.
Usually I am in the background reading posts and looking at articles that Kat has put out there for all to read. I rarely post, I look for places where my input may be useful.
DW has not found this site as of yet. She is graduating from nursing school this June. I hope she will have time to come here. I think she will enjoy what is offered here. I know I have become an addict

My DW Rachel has been using the board for a few months now. She's gotten really great information here and always shares it with me. Sometimes, I think the info is too good. We go to the doctors and it seems like we offer suggestions before the doctor says anything.
We are TTC our first child. We found out that she had PCOS before we decided to TTC, so we were lucky that we haven't spend years (knock wood) trying.
She encouraged me to join this board. I think it is a great idea, seems like the ladies have as many questions for the guys as we do for them.
Yeah, based on some of the stories we've read here, I'd say you're lucky to have found it so soon. We're not TTC either, tho prolly not too far off.
I'll be checking in here (mostly) daily or better so hopefully we can get this thing rolling!
Later-

My name is Jody, my wife is Terra (Taah). I am supportive of my wife in every way. It can be trying at times, but I know what she is going through is very rough and I hate to see what it does to her sometimes, so I can manage through the bad times. I go with her to all the doc appts, I learn as much as I can about pcos so I can understand more of what she is going through and how we can treat it. I love her and just want to help her through this the best I can. I encourage all hubbys and bf and SO's to learn as much about PCOS and understand what the women are going through it will help your relationship in alot of ways. The women won't seem so alone in what they have to endure. Anyway,, thats just my input..
Hello everyone. My name is Brian and my wife is Courtney (aka Yosepha). We live in Michigan, although Vegas seems like a much better alternative. My wife encouraged me to join when she saw the new forum. I look forward to browsing this board often.
Brian

Great to see everyone here! While this board has seems to have a lot of threads started by the ladies, feel free to start your own threads if you have questions, want opinions, want to rant, or just want to share the funny e-mail that you got (god knows we could use the laughs as much as the ladies some days)

I'm WackyCathy's husband I'm proud to say. So long as she keeps me anyhow.
We've been trying to have a kid for years. She wants one like the world is a sad, desperate and unpalletable place without a child. I agree with her wholeheartedly.
If anyone deserves to be a mother its her. So many slack jawed neanderthals around us without brains, hearts or souls (nevermind the desire to have a child) are breeding like its some kind of contest ... let's say it angers me. It hurts my wife more than she'll admit. That pains me.
So now she's suffering through another round of drugs. I wish she'd be preggers just so she didn't have to force her body through this, nevermind the rest.
Lemme ask the guys something since she's been askin the ladies.
What do you think of the name Kilian if its a boy? The lad will be of Irish decent on my side, its an Irish name, I think its cool. He might get a beer joke or two growing up but he can slap the knuckleheads around if need be.
I'm getting nothing but flack about this name.
Hey Candy'sman! I am curious about something. I have a cousin named Candy that lives in Ontario, Canada. I know the odds on this but could you email me your wife's maiden name?

My wife has been surfing this site for some time and I felt it was time for me to join and read as well. Not a lot to say about us. She has been diagnosed for about a year, after (as everyone knows) years of being told her problems were her own fault. These board have been a great source of ideas and comfort for her, and I hope I can contribute as well. As the name implies we live in Tennessee. We are both finishing up graduate school (after a few years out in the work force first). Just got our first house, and plan to start working ona little one in about a year.
.... I'm sure I'll become more of a talker once I get accustomed to these boards.
Name is Dale, been married to Anne (aka ABailey405) for 3 wonderful years, but been together for a total 6yrs. Like CandysMan stated "We are a pretty boring couple." We are pretty much home all the time, except for me when Oct 1st come's around From then on to Jan 1st (or 3rd can't remember) I am hunting. The same thing can go for fishing. Anne say's the DNR should pay me for hunting and fishing all the time
For those of you who are TTC, I wish you luck and hope the best for you and the better half. We tried for 3yrs. Once we found out that she was pregnat, we were exstatic (sp?). Best wish's to those trying & those who are

I am the fiance of a young lady that has lived with PCOS for most of her life and only had it disgnosed about a few years ago. I am about twenty years old and she is about twenty three. I feel a little awkward at times because you only really have two extremes on this board...married or not. We are like right in the middle...that will be an experience. I am rather impressed with the size of this board and all the personalities on here. My PM box is always open and oh, real men love Jesus.
