GI Diet Hi
My husband and I have been trying it. He lost 8lbs in his first week and I lost 4. He has now lost a stone which he managed in 3/4 weeks and I had lost 9lbs but have gone off the rails a bit because since coming off Prozac I have become depressed again and went straight for food.
Anyway, it is basically sensible eating using brown bread, brown rice (brown everything) and not having sugar in anything.
