I agree this has been very helpful. I am new (about 2 days) to this site and I am still trying to figure things out.

How do you get points? I keep getting these messages saying I can't view certain things because I only have one point. I don't even know how I got that one and some of you seem to have thousands!

I've been reading thru suggested diet and excersise for PCOS. I've seen the word Ketosis alot. It's not in the glossary. Just wondering if you have info about it. I've done some research. Still not sure if its a good thing or not. Lots of mixed messages about it.
