Question Gluchophage

Hi everyone! I'm new here and I found this board and I am so greatful!
I started Glucohpage last week and I was wondering if it was at all possible to bleed longer being on the treatment? I had a pretty messed up cycle before hand on Yasmin and I had started it a week after my period because of a cyst popping and severe pain. So I had my cycle a week early. ( I am normally on contiunal thearpy) And I have been bleeding for about a week. This is just not normal for me but I figured the glucophage along with how I messed up my system by taking the pills a week late. (I did not start a new pack on Sunday because of the hormones I experienced on the yasmin were so intense) I have a call into my dr but the girls in his office sometimes do not give him messages and I was sitting on pins and needles.
Thank you!

I have been taking glucophage for about a year now and I do have longer, heavier but regular periods from it.

I think that because it corrects our hormones that we experience these changes.

My periods used to be very short and only come about once every four months. Now they last a full week and come every 28-30 days like clockwork.
