Hi Ladies,

My RE increased my glucophage to 2000mg a day last month. Then I started seeing a reg endocrinologist who added 2mg of Avandia to the 2000mg of Glucophage. Is anyone else taking a combination of Gluc & Avandia? I don't have my cycles on my own but my testosterone level is still very high. The endo dr is hoping that adding the Avandia will lower my testosterone level. Any thoughts?

There is a new drug out now called Avandamet. It's a combination of the 2 drugs. Talk to your doctor about it instead of having to purchase 2 different meds all the time.
