Glucophage question

Hi ladies. I was diagnosed with PCOS last week, although I have known I had it for a few years. Anyway, my only symptoms are acne, sometimes annovulatory cycles, long cycles. I am not IR, and am a thin cyster.

Has anyone taken Glucophage, and not been IR, and had their cycles become more normal? Should I bother with trying it or not?

hi, I'm not IR, but my dr wanted to try it anyway. I've had 2 unsuccessful cycles w/clomid so she thought this might help. But I'm not sure yet since I've only been taking it for 2 weeks. I've read that it does help a lot of women, though. I hope you get some answers. Sara
