hya,

Well my doc is talking about me going on met...my question is how much weight have you lost while on met? i reliase that its not a weight loss drug but my doc said it will more than likely aid weight loss

also i feel a bit iffy about going on it purlery cuz of what i have heard about how sick it can make you

Any help or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!!

I've been on Met for about 6 weeks now, and I've lost 14 pounds.

First off it made me feel really sick, but now all that seems to have gone.

hi there!

i started met in january this year, in that time i lost about 1 1/2 stone! in the first 3 months and i didnt change my diet, i also didnt get any of the side effects of met, and another bonus i concieved on my first cycle with in 6 months!

been ttc for 15 years..diagnosed 16 years ago...had clomid..ovarian drilling..to no avail!!.....started met jan 2002.....shock..pregnant ..baby son born 8 weeks early via emergency c-section,4th feb 2003.due to PLACENTA ABRUPTION!..(both told we are very lucky to be here), second surprise pregnancy, beautiful girl born 4 weeks early via sucessful vbac!,
update: 3rd baby born 8th august, another girl, via 2nd sucessful vbac!

I've been on glucophage for a little over a month now. I've lost eight pounds.
Of course, I did modify my diet- actually started following the one prescribed by my doctor a long time ago:o I don't feel hungry or with cravings all the time, as I did before.
